Terms & Conditions

Consultation Retainer​

• A $25 non-refundable consultation retainer is required to schedule any consultation.

• This retainer will be applied toward the client’s selected service if a service is booked within 7 days of the consultation.

If No Service Is Booked​

• If the client does not book a service after the consultation, the $25 retainer:

• Will NOT be refunded

• Will NOT be credited

• The consultation fee compensates for time, expertise, planning, and professional guidance provided during the session.

Booking Confirmation​

A booking is NOT confirmed until ALL of the following have occurred:

• The consultation has been completed

• A signed contract has been received

• The non-refundable service retainer has been paid

• A service date has been selected

• ​

Your booking is not confirmed until we receive and acknowledge both the signed contract and the non-refundable service retainer.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

 Rescheduling​

• Clients may reschedule one (1) time only with 48–24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 48–24 hours before the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of all retainers.

• Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Failure to arrive on time may result in a shortened session.

• If a client is 15 minutes late or more without communication, the session may be canceled without refund.

• Failure to show up entirely will be considered a no-show, and all retainers will be forfeited

Emergencies & Weather

• Emergencies and weather-related reschedules will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of A+ Video Editing & Photography, without penalty.
