Welcome to A+ Video Editing & Photography. By booking our services, accessing our website, or purchasing any of our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Booking & Payment

All services must be booked in advance through our official platform or by consulting with us.

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time.

Your booking is not confirmed until we receive and acknowledge your non-refundable retainer.

Remaining balances are due by the service date unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
You may reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
-
If the appointment is canceled and not rescheduled, the retainer will be forfeited.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in the loss of the retainer.

Emergencies and weather-related reschedules will be handled on a case-by-case basis without penalty.
3. Copyright & Image Usage

A+ Video Editing & Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images, video, and design files.

Clients are granted personal-use rights only unless otherwise licensed in writing.

You may not sell, heavily edit, or redistribute work without written consent.

We do not provide RAW files. For professional or commercial use, RAW files may be available for a separate licensing fee starting at $150, depending on the project's scope.

RAW file requests must be made prior to booking or during your consultation. Approval is at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to use select images and projects for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Digital Products & Templates

All digital products, templates, and design kits are sold exclusively through our Etsy store.

By purchasing, you agree to use digital content for personal or single-business use only.

You may not redistribute, resell, or claim designs as your own.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to arrive on time, prepared, and with a clear vision.

If you plan to include wardrobe or outfit changes, be mindful: time spent changing outfits comes out of your scheduled session.

A+ Video Editing & Photography is not responsible for delays due to tardiness, uncooperative subjects, wardrobe issues, or last-minute changes.

Please communicate any vision, inspiration, or special needs during the consultation so we can best serve you.
7. Limitation of Liability & File Storage & Archiving

In the rare event of equipment failure, data corruption, or unforeseen emergencies, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website.

Final project files (photos, videos, designs) are stored securely for up to 60 days after delivery.

After 60 days, files may be archived or permanently deleted to free storage space.

Clients are strongly encouraged to download and back up their files immediately upon delivery.

Retrieval of files after 60 days may incur a $25 file recovery fee if files are still available.
8. Privacy & Data Use

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, with additional consideration for clients residing in other States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
